Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing, all prices for the supply of goods made between Coann Limited t/a Kiss Kate (“the Company”) and the customer (hereinafter “the Purchaser”) shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:
Our website and some of our advertising material may contain images and content of an adult nature. Therefore you must be over 18 to order from this site. Purchasing from us is acceptance of our terms and conditions outlined and that you are over 18.
Each right or remedy of the Company under the contract is without prejudice to any other right or remedy of the Company whether under the contract or not.
These terms and conditions and the contract in general shall be governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Northern Ireland courts.
From time to time we offer promotions on our site. These may not be used in conjunction with other promotions.
We try and offer gift wrapping for most of our products but due to the size of certain items we may not be suitable for gift wrapping.
The confidentiality of our customers is important to us. All our orders are dispatched in plain packaging and all relevant documentation will have no reference to Kiss Kate. Even your credit card or bank statement will show Coann Ltd. And will not reference Kiss Kate.
In addition we will not make your details available to third party companies for marketing purposes.
Before you purchase, please look over our terms and conditions. By making a purchase you are accepting our terms and conditions. We accept three main currencies, Sterling, Euro and US Dollars and all payments are made to Coann Limited. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and pay pal accounts.
Free carriage offers only apply to UK deliveries and you should follow our link to our delivery charges outlined and look up your relevant country. Please feel free at anytime to contact our customer services and we will be happy to advise the best options for you.
The purchaser is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey the regulations concerning the customs requirements. All import duties and taxes must be paid by the purchaser.
Returns and Cancellations
Can I return items?
Within 7 working days of the day of receipt of an order, consumers within the EU have a right to cancel the contract of the purchase of an item. Should you want to cancel an order within that 7 day period, under the Distance Selling Regulations.
Should this be the case after the 7 days we will exchange products for other products or for credit to be used on kisskate.com, if you return the products within 28 days.
Goods can only be returned and exchanged if they are in the condition you in which received them. In addition to your statutory rights and as a sign of good faith, faulty goods can be returned for up to 3 months from the date of purchase for garments and 1 year from the date of purchase for sex toys.
Goods that were on sale or clearance items may not be returned unless they are faulty. Toys, Lingerie, Lubricants, Oils and candles will only be accepted for return if they are deemed to be faulty, unfit for purpose, incorrectly described or of a quality that is unsatisfactory. Body stockings are also non-returnable. Items received as part of a promotion for example, buy 2 get 1 free all items must be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights. How can you be notified about returns or cancellations?
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, please contact our Customer Service within 7 working days of receiving your order. Provide us with your name, order number and order details. If this is for a product exchange, contact us within 28 days providing us with the same details as listed above along with the details of the product(s) you wish to receive as a replacement. Please ensure that you keep your proof of posting for goods you have returned. You will get this from your post office at no extra charge. We cannot be held responsible for the exchange or credit of goods if we do not receive them from you.
Does it take long to process a refund? It can take up to 7 working days from receipt of a return to process a refund or exchange. You should also allow another 5-10 working days for refunds to be credited to your account. This delay is out of our control as it is determined by the banks and card issuers. The card you used to place the original order is the card that will receive the refund.
Our main currency is Sterling and all payments are made to Coann Limited. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards. We will charge a retail price which includes UK Value Added Tax.
